MY APPROACH

First of all, my approach depends on you and your needs.  This is why it is really important to have a first discussion, in order to understand better your priorities and objectives.  At the same time I know that sometimes people want to hear specific advise and tips.  Therefore I believe that being flexible and attentive on my end and openness to change on yours are key pillars for our successful cooperation.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Since 2002 I have been working for companies such as Procter&Gamble, General Mills, Ferring International.  I worked in Central Asia, Turkey and Switzerland in local and regional roles (Europe and Australia; Central & Eastern Europe, Israel, Nordics).  Once I received my certificate of an Executive Coach I worked with senior leaders (marketing director, legal council, plant manager) to help them define and implement their personal development plans. I am a certified trainer of "Cross Cultural Competence" by Richard D. Lewis and a certified coach of Clifton Strengths Finder (C)
